Brookvale has a rolling, green site of three-quarters of an acre and it’s name probably derives from the Burrane river which runs along the eastern boundary. All very lyrical, it has a humped-back stone bridge as a backdrop and old stone walls and paddock fencing to give credence to the country-lodge look.
But don’t be taken in by the 19th century appearance, because Brookvale has very comfortable accommodation and four fully ensuite bedrooms as well as a range of living rooms.
