Letter to the Editor: Ireland needs help from the Dutch

As I watched our Leo Varadkar looking oh so dapper in his OPW uniform for his latest photoshoot on the evening television news, an old joke came to mind.

“If the Irish lived in the Netherlands and the Dutch lived in Ireland then Ireland would be a thriving efficient nation while the Netherlands would be swallowed up by the North Sea.”
