Readers' Blog: 'RTÉ - supporting the arts' not accurate as long as they participate in Israel's Eurovision

On the radio, whenever I hear the jingle "RTÉ Supporting The Arts", that follows an ad for a concert or some cultural event, I can't help thinking that it should be changed.

For as long as RTÉ continues to consider taking part in this years Eurovision Song Contest in Israel, it should be changed to, "RTÉ Supporting War Crimes", or "RTÉ Supporting Apartheid ", or "RTÉ Supporting Racism", because that is what this call by Palestinians to boycott this event this year does.
