Ryle Dwyer (Irish Examiner, Nov 7) uses the Good Friday Agreement to justify the non-playing of the national anthem by the IRFU when lining out anywhere except Lansdowne Road.

Not so long ago in the North one could be jailed for flying the Tricolor, thereby giving unionists tacit justification for their sectarian activities.
