What do I do to have my rubbish collected?

AS a resident of Fermoy town, I have just found out my rubbish will not be collected unless I have a wheelie bin.

I purchased two rubbish tags last Monday and paid €8 for them. I placed one on my rubbish bag on Tuesday morning and left it in the usual place.

When I came home from work, the bag was on my doorstep. I thought they might have changed the day for collection and have watched out every day in an effort to get my rubbish collected.
