Unemployment centre closure is disgusting
As a pensioner I spent many years studying creative writing and watercolour painting and was happy to mix with the many friends - teachers and pupils - that I made there. In this context, think of the millions paid out by the state to barristers and solicitors at the many inquiries going on in Dublin - not to mention solicitors in army deafness cases or the huge entertainment bill of the Government last year.
I am angry for many wonderful people who will have to walk the streets this winter and for the teachers and management who will lose their jobs.
