Not part of the deal

THE Irish Examiner claims the Good Friday Agreement perished last Christmas due to the unwillingness of the IRA to provide veritable proof of decommissioning.

Nowhere does the agreement state that photographic evidence had to be made available. And very definitely, the demand that republicans and nationalists submit to a process of humiliation is not part of the agreement either.
