Smoke and mirrors

I WAS pleased to see the letter from Con O'Callaghan headlined "Smokers' pub proves Martin's claim was wrong" (Irish Examiner, April 12).

He confirmed what all sensible people already knew - that health fanatics and government have lied over environmental tobacco smoke and passive smoking and over the effectiveness of ventilation. I am spokesperson for a group in Britain campaigning for amendments to the British bans.

We would welcome our Irish cousins' help in making the public aware of the massive social engineering agenda being undertaken by governments worldwide to control every aspect of our lives.
