Doctor left on the waiting list

ON August 19 last I wrote a letter to Cork University Hospital requesting a report on a patient’s earlier MRI scan. The patient says she delivered it

So far, despite several representations by the patient, and a letter from me to the hospital manager, sent by registered post on October 10, I am still awaiting a response.

This eleven weeks after the original request and three weeks after the registered letter!
