It’s simple for Bertie but not for others

ON the front page of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung recently, publisher Guenter Nonnenmacher criticised the text of the EU constitution as a typical Euro document, unintelligible and inaccessible to ordinary people.

Bertie Ahern’s statement that it was “a document that the ordinary man on the street could understand” was exposed as nonsense.
