WERE our unfortunate citizens members of any other democratic state, public anger would force the resignation of all the collective amnesia participants who have lied about the infamous meeting with Tom Gilmartin.

Brian Lenihan was ignominiously sacked for a slip-of-the-tongue falsehood by his best pal, CJH, because of the publicity it generated.

Everyone now knows about this more serious scandal, but nobody tells falsehoods any more Alzheimer-type amnesia, whether individual or collective, is the order of the day. Why has Mary O'Rourke's testimony not triggered the resignation of this bunch of jackals in Leinster House?
