Local GAA pitches will offer open access to kids who want to play soccer rather than drinking themselves senseless in pubs while being forced to watch Sky Premiership games.

In a spirit of generosity and inclusivity, RTÉ will transmit all GAA championship matches for free on BSkyB to our exiles on foreign soil while offering to share its license fee with TV 3, which can carry all other sporting events, leaving RTÉ free to concentrate its limited resources on worthy drama and hilarious Après Match analysis.
