Good Friday pact being stretched to the limits

THE British government does not have the courage to implement the Good Friday Agreement and the Irish Government is powerless to do so.

The failure of Mr Blair to act decisively in partnership with the Irish Government is dangerously negligent at this time. The provocative detention of former IRA prisoner Sean Kelly, whose role allegedly has been in preventing trouble, demands explanation.

Hopefully, the IRA will respond positively to Mr Adams’ request to accept fully constitutional means as the way forward.
