What did he know and when did he know it?

IF an Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, knew of Judge Flood’s intention to resign from the tribunal as far back as May — yet gave the impression to the Dáil last week that he had only just heard the news — in how many other instances has the Taoiseach professed ignorance and surprise at events that he was well aware of?

Of course, if anyone wishes to find this out, then he or she must be prepared to pay for the privilege under the new regulations pertaining to the Freedom of Information Act.
