I WONDER what the price of houses in the Rochestown area, in particular the Mount Oval estate, in Cork city, have to do with the terrible happenings there recently (Irish Examiner, July 6).

Your reporter, Sean O’Riordan, felt it was important, but I wonder if the same thing happened in another part of the city would the prices of houses be an issue?
