MONSIGNOR Denis O’Callaghan (“Diocese sets the parish record straight,” Irish Examiner letters, April 5) hit the nail on the head when he pointed out how the interests of Cloyne Diocesan Heritage Centre were being compromised.

The centre charges a €75 search fee, then a fee for the results.

Getting the information for nothing at the National Library certainly compromises their interests.
