HEALTH system in chaos, schools and education a mess, public transport a joke, rip-off prices, customer service non-existent, unlicensed drivers in their droves, diddly-squat to keep youngsters from loitering in bus shelters and city streets, aggressive behaviour, filthy streets etc etc etc …
