WE have been informed that henceforth our refuse will only be collected in the new red and green bin. Fine, but what do we do with the old bin?

Cork county council suggest that we use it for storage of dry recyclables.

We don’t need the bin for recyclables - we already have storage. Why can’t the council recycle their old bins? Why don’t they show some leadership?
