I AGREE with Audrey Hallahan (Irish Examiner letters, July 19) re the proposed development at Clonea in Co Waterford.

I have frequented this beautiful area for 20 years and am amazed that a huge development of this kind should be considered for such a tranquil and scenic area.

I hope that residents of Dungarvan, Waterford and south Tipperary, and all other visitors, will not regret this five years from now.
