Story of a great bowler

I AM preparing for publication a history of road bowling in Ireland and hope that some reader might be able to help with regard to a notable bowler from Co Cork.

Michael McCarthy Quirke of Kilgarriffe, near Clonakilty, was the pre-eminent bowling champion of the 1920s.

Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate any photograph of McCarthy Quirke and would very much like to feature one in the book. If any reader has such a photograph I would be delighted if they would contact me.
