WHY are Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden considered by the Irish Government to be individuals of ill repute while the presidents of Uganda and Ethiopia are welcome visitors to our shores?

Meles Zenawi of Ethiopia admitted to massacring 46 of his citizens recently and 36 last June, when they marched on the streets of Addis Ababa protesting at the rigged presidential elections.

Yoweri Museveni of Uganda, despite opposition from President George Bush and others, has decided to make himself president for an unprecedented third term.
