Channel 6: Young people deserve better

CHANNEL 6 proudly claims that it is going to be an entertainment channel for young people and will avoid any news or current affairs output.

This seems to be in breach of broadcasting regulations requiring 20% of output to be news and current affairs.

It might also be of interest to Channel 6 to note that young people are not all hooked on a diet of celebrity gossip and c-list personalities.
