Next, a fat tax?

NOW that we have so successfully tackled our smoking problem, but unfortunately lost a valuable source of income to the State, maybe it’s time to tackle our obesity problem by taxing chocolate and confectionery.

By doing this we would enable the people who are causing their own health problems to pay for their excesses.
