Now let’s have the other side of the story

I WATCHED RTÉ’s Prime Time on April 1. The segment on the mutilation of four workers in Iraq was shocking, to say the least.

But my anger was heightened by the fact that RTÉ’s finest uttered those wonderfully dismissive words: “And there we’ll have to leave it.”

Just as an Iraqi lawyer was about to make his point, the show ended. How convenient.
