Festive turn-off

THIS year’s Christmas TV was the worst ever on every channel, Irish, British and satellite.

With a few exceptions such as Only Fools And Horses and films such as The Thomas Crown Affair, Flashdance and Billy Elliott, the rest was absolute rubbish. Better to watch a video, visit friends, go out for a meal, read a book or go to the cinema. Anything to escape the drivel on the box.
