Pat Finucane: Justice delayed and denied

THE British government’s continued refusal to hold a public inquiry into the murder of Pat Finucane is an outrageous injustice.

As part of a deal with the Dublin government and the SDLP at the Westin Park talks, the British government agreed to abide by recommendations of Judge Cory.

And now, the deafening silence from the Dublin government in this matter incriminates them in this miscarriage of justice and in the continued cover-up of British state collusion and murder in the occupied six counties.
