Setting a course for destruction

THE environmental isolationist policy of America and other countries at the Earth Summit in Johannesburg will spell disaster for all on planet earth.

President Bush's policy, principally intended to preserve American jobs, can be likened to the captain of the Titanic saying: “I intend to preserve the jobs of my engine room staff by keeping them fully employed feeding the furnaces and maintaining full speed ahead.”
