Ethiopia denies student massacre accusation
The Ethiopian army did not massacre 200 protesting students last year, either at an Ethiopian university campus or anywhere else for that matter.
Mr O’Shea also says “there is no accountability and conditionality attached when we are working with the governments of the Third World”.
