Sweet poison

I BELIEVE that common sugar is an addictive poison and that it is almost totally responsible for the current worldwide diabetes epidemic.

It is refined from the original beet so that every bit of goodness is taken out of it.

I've noticed that several products available in supermarkets were being advertised as 'unrefined'. I believed that to be fraudulent and wrote accordingly more than once to the companies concerned. In the two months since I first wrote, they haven't even acknowledged my letters/emails.
