Taxing cause

PERHAPS the 15 cent we pay for plastic bags when we go shopping should go to help with the education of autistic children, enabling them to enter our “confusing” world a little bit more.

I’m sure many people would be willing to pay the 15 cent for this cause, and not have to put up with a very often soggy and therefore useless paper bag.
