An insult to Rudolph

WITH regard to the article headlined ‘Santa needs record-breaking reindeer for festive flight (Irish Examiner, Dec 19), I’m sure Mr Claus’ response would be “if it isn’t broken, why fix it?”

He has managed with just nine reindeer for years, so why would he need ‘dozens’ all of a sudden.
