THERE is a contradiction in Caoimhe Butterly’s protest outside the offices of Cement Roadstone Holdings (CRH).

She read out the names of those killed during the current Palestinian uprising and criticised CRH for allegedly being somehow involved in the concrete sections of the Israeli security barrier.

In fact, the dramatic reduction in terrorist successes since the construction of the barrier means that Caoimhe would have had a much shorter list to read had the barrier been constructed even sooner.
