I WAS shocked to see All-Ireland football champions Tyrone take the Sam Maguire Cup to the home of Glasgow Celtic.

It's seems the height of hypocrisy given that most of the opposition to the GAA opening up Croke Park to soccer and rugby came from Ulster - Tyrone included.

WHILE Croke Park has been opened up to rugby and soccer, let us not forget that the provisions of the GAA's Rule 42 forbid clubs promoting these codes and from holding even a children's party on a GAA club's premises.
