Horrible insult to clerical abuse victims

I’M disgusted that the people now running the inquiry into abuse by the clergy say that they have grounds for not revealing the names of all the guilty.

This is a horrible insult to all victims and I will not be satisfied until I see the names of all the guilty highlighted in the newspapers.
