Where are our rights?

I NOTE that the Cork Alliance for Civil Liberties is calling for exemptions to the smoking ban for a number of institutions including prisons, retirement homes and hostels.

Has the alliance no consideration for the thousands of people who work (often very long hours) in these institutions? How about the civil liberties of workers who are currently exposed to environmental tobacco smoke on a daily basis?
