Incomes challenge to farm leaders
We respect other people’s prices for labour and goods and it’s about time our prices were respected. Our farm leaders should be enforcing our prices - they are our unions. They should be putting in place an income protection policy for their members.
By their inaction, they are driving farmers’ morale to an all-time low. They are showing no initiative or imagination, no willpower and no skill when it comes to protecting our income.
