Drugs solution

PUTTING people into prison will never solve the drug problem. I believe this approach is negative and unenlightened.

Rather, the need is for more efficient services and tender and loving care for the more disadvantaged areas. Did not the mustard seed become the acorn tree? Surely we can also learn from countries who have successfully dealt with drug abuse. It is also time to accept the fact that drug abuse will always be with us. It is more and more a fact of life.
