Saddam must show his hand

FERGUS Finlay believes (Irish Examiner, Jan 21) that Iraq cannot prove it has no weapons of mass destruction.

The UN thinks it can (13 resolutions since 1991 require such); so does the International Institute for Strategic Studies.

Each of these bodies believes that this can only be achieved if Iraq co-operates.
