Going too slow

I AM not happy with the speed reduction on regional and local roads from 96km/h to 80 km/h.

It will antagonise drivers; it will have no impact on the number of road accidents, and it will drastically increase journey times.

I propose that relevant lobby groups, including the AA, oppose this proposal for all straight stretches of road divided by a broken white line.
