A sad state of affairs

I WAS horrified

the article on the Weekend Examiner (June 21) entitled ‘Virgin Mary? Quite Contrary.’

This shows great disrespect for our Divine Saviour, and completely misses the point that He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit.

It is a sad state of affairs when our newspaper stoops to print such a scurrilous vilification of the Son of God.
