THANK you for printing the fine letter from Liam Sheehan (Irish Examiner, December 8) replying to your columnist Peter Levy's offensive attack on religion (Irish Examiner County, November 23).

Thank you too for printing Peter Levy's attempt at a reply. It was empty and evasive - like something a naughty child would say when caught stealing from the biscuit tin.

Editor, would you do us a favour - spare us this anti-Catholic stuff, at least during the Christmas season.
