Stop the beach buggies

IT is encouraging to see that we are following the good environmental example of our European neighbours by having a car-free day recently.

Perhaps before too long we will imitate our neighbours’ car-free beaches and end the disgraceful policy of allowing our beautiful strands to become car parks and racecourses.
