Who would do this to a helpless creature?

I AM writing to let you know of my disgust about the poor seals on the Blasket islands.

Who in their right senses would want to hurt such a helpless creature? What has a seal ever done to hurt anyone?

Whoever did it should suffer the same punishment as the seals.
