Political view of industrial disputes

IN reply to John McCaffrey’s letter headlined ‘Get on with the job’ (Irish Examiner, August 19), there are no prizes for guessing which side of the political spectrum he’s on.

He is entitled to his views. After all, we live in a democracy - unlike General Franco’s Spain to which he so affectionately refers.
