The patriot game runs from here to eternity

TO despatch somebody into eternity is an awful thing. But, then, to raise the black flag of ‘informer’ over their memory is to rake the dregs of indecency.

Are there no lawyers in the state?

Was there no minister for justice, no attorney general when Gerry Adams drove a coach-and-four through RTE’s Marian Finucane show (Thu., Dec 4), trampling all over our constitution and our commonsense into the bargain?
