Pointless debate

WE don’t need another abortion debate. It’s pointless - on both sides of the argument.

The fact is that there is a big demand here for abortion.

Very many women are playing with fire in their relationships. Despite all the time and money spent on sex education, they don’t realise how easy it is to get pregnant.

But where are the babies?

I am pretty sure that many young Irish women who discover they’ve made a ‘mistake’ have no qualms at all (despite their religion) in taking the plane to England for an abortion.
