How to get our own back on two fronts

I THINK I may have the solution to our incineration problems.

We should build three or four incinerators along the east coast, and whenever the wind is from a westerly direction (the prevailing wind in Ireland), we start them up and burn like hell.

The smoke and fallout from this incineration would be mostly blown out over Britain, thus giving us a massive sense of satisfaction that we are getting them back for dumping large amounts of radioactive waste into the Irish Sea.
