Compliance works both ways, Minister Martin

WHAT a farce! Why should smokers comply with Michéal Martin’s ban when he has said it is “unlikely that Ireland will be compliant with the EU working directive reducing working hours of junior hospital doctors“ due to come into force tomorrow?

How can he expect any respect for his law when he is prepared to be in breach of this directive?
