Haughey fan club gets a new lease of life
They are a group somewhat akin to subversives who disappear suddenly when something unacceptable to the general public takes place the only difference being the length of time it has taken the 'CJH Fan Club' to resurrect itself.
Perhaps it was the recent run of RTÉ programmes on Haughey that gave them the guts once more to show their faces.
They are appearing on various radio and television programmes now trying to justify the political monster they created.
As an example of low standards in high office, Charles J Haughey epitomised it all for me.
The former Taoiseach could not do what he did without the assistance of others and the weaklings who pretended not to know what was going on.
