Use of Irish would boost integration

We need to encourage more of our growing immigrant communities fully to participate in the institutions of the state.

It is far too easy to marginalise communities who isolate themselves and don’t interact outside their own ethnic or religious groups. This can lead to discrimination from people who don’t have much contact with these isolated groups.
